Blake Schreck is Co-founder & Principal of Schreck Development LLC. Blake oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations, including investment strategy, acquisitions, design/development, leasing activities, and the execution and management of the firm’s portfolio. 

Blake has navigated successfully all of the companies acquisitions, entitlements, and financing since founding the company. He is passionate about Urban development, Real Estate Tech, & PropTech Venture community as well.

Blake has a B.B.A with a concentration in Finance & Entrepreneurship from West Virginia University and a M.B.A. from the NYU Stern School of Business where he is on the Executive Board of The Stern Real Estate Club, member of the Stern Venture & Private Equity Club, & Stern Entrepreneurship Club. Blake Also holds a active NJ Real Estate License.
